Who we are

AgentBay ("we", "us", "our") is a managed hosting service for OpenClaw operated by Roberto Sannazzaro. Our website is agentbay.space.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • Your name (if you sign in with Google)
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number)

When you use the service, we store:

  • Your OpenClaw configuration and data within your dedicated instance
  • Basic usage logs (for troubleshooting and service reliability)

Google account data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information (name, profile picture) from Google. We use this solely to create and identify your account. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google service data.

How we use your data

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain your OpenClaw instance
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send you important service updates (no marketing emails)
  • Respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate AgentBay:

  • Supabase — authentication and database
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google — optional sign-in
  • Hetzner — server hosting (EU)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Your data is processed in accordance with their terms.

Your instance data

Your OpenClaw instance runs in an isolated container. We do not access, read, or analyze the content of your instance (your agents, conversations, memory, or API keys) unless you explicitly ask us for technical support. Your AI provider API keys are stored in your container and are never transmitted to us.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your instance data is deleted when your container is removed. Your account record (email, billing history) is retained for legal and accounting purposes unless you request deletion.

Your rights

You can at any time:

  • Request a copy of your personal data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Cancel your subscription (self-service via the billing portal)

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
